About Cindy Evans
I moved to Historic East Nashville in 1980 and got my real estate license that year! In those days, our typical list price for an old house was $39,000. Now, we have surpassed the two million dollar mark, so there have been lots of changes! After 37 years of full-time selling and specializing in Nashville’s historic home markets, particularly East Nashville, I like to say my motto is, “I was here before East Nashville was cool . . . I’m still not cool, but I AM still here!” I have sold over 2,500 homes, including some of them three or four times!! That’s what experience and old age do for you! I truly love working with my previous clients as well as their children and with referrals! (I haven’t worked with any grandchildren yet, but hope I get to!)
I obtained my broker’s license in 1983 and my GRI designation in 1984. I have been involved in the Greater Nashville Board of Realtors, Habitat for Humanity, Historic Nashville, Nashville Humane Society, and multiple neighborhood associations. I also achieved Life Member, Million Dollar Sales Club/Awards of Excellence, and membership in the Platinum Club and 100% Club of RE/MAX, as well as the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
