About Lina Marler
Lina Puryear Marler of REMAX Choice Properties began her Real Estate Career in 1986 upon graduating from Middle TN State University. Growing up in Gallatin on the family farm, she turned her love of horses into teaching riding lessons and running day camps for children in the area as an early Entrepreneur. Selling Real Estate became her next focus after graduation. In 2003 she made the decision to become a Buyer’s Specialist and has worked with Lindy and Mike ever since with buyers from all over the country and locally. When a client is ready to see property her time is their time! Lina’s clients have the assurance of knowing that they will not only see properties that are in line with what they are looking for…they will have a great time and will learn more about the area than just where a home is. They will leave with a sense of place and will be excited about making the move to our beautiful spot in TN. With over 15 years experience she has sold homes and farms in every county in middle TN so searching in multiple areas is not something she finds daunting.
Lina is passionate about representing her clients best interests. Her clients can be assured that from contract negotiations to the closing table, every detail is covered and every step of the process explained. Being accessible to her clients is a top priority. Working with Mike and Lindy offers the best of both worlds to her friends and customers wanting to sell their home as well. They can rest assured knowing their house is being listed with the top agents in Middle TN while Lina focuses on finding them their new place to call home. Averaging sales of several million every year keeps her busy and attuned to the market.
Being married to CAPT Jim Marler, U.S. Navy ( also a Gallatin native) gives her a good understanding of the needs of military customers as well. They have 5 children and enjoy boating in their free time. This has been especially beneficial to several clients’ looking for lake homes as viewing the home from the water with someone that knows the lake is a big plus. After their marriage in 2007 he made a decision upon retiring to move back to Gallatin. He summed up nicely the reason to decide on Sumner County…”After living all over the World, I decided to move back to the most beautiful place.” It is indeed an area steeped in beauty and history. Lina would love the opportunity to help you find your place here to call home!
